What are the benefits of online tele-therapy?One of the most important benefits of online therapy, also known as tele-health or tele-therapy is accessibility. This means clients are no longer limited to only seeking counseling in the same city or town as they are located, which increases the chances of connecting with a therapist to best match the client needs. Clients can also schedule on- the - go for a time that is convenient, which is really efficient if time is limited and or employment is a factor. For any additional questions to help determine if online therapy is right for you, contact us today for a complimentary 15 minute consultation.
