VHTS is a private-pay, out -of- network provider. This means we do not accept insurance and all services are paid for upfront. Your insurance plan may have out-of-network benefits, which means they may reimburse you for a portion of our session cost. Please contact your health insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services as this is not our area of expertise.

Yes! We use a confidential practice management software (Simple Practice) to meet with our clients. We adhere to all HIPPA laws.

Our sessions last between 50-55 minutes.

What can you expect from therapy from Start to Finish N - Navigate - This is the consultation phase, a 15 min video chat to discuss what brings you to therapy, learn about your therapist and see if we are good fit for therapy journey.⁣⁣ E - Examine - This would be the documentation phase where you will complete assessments and agree to treatment which let’s us know what direction to move in on your journey.⁣ E - Embark - This is one of the most important phases, which is developing the your treatment plan. This is where goals, objectives and interventions are developed which will guide every step of your journey and keep us on track (can be adjusted as needed).⁣ D - Discover - This is your weekly sessions with your therapist. The duration of treatment will be developed by you and your therapist based on your assessments (that are conducted in the Embark phase).⁣ S - Satisfaction - This where you have learned new tools, can apply them to life and experience relief from your initial reason for starting therapy.
