Payment

Self-pay also referred to as "out- of- pocket cost" can be paid with major Credit Cards: Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard.Upon engaging in services, a card will be placed on file and charged in accordance with our policy.

Visual Healing is a fee-for-service business that accepts all major Credit Cards and we are in- network with the insurance providers which are reflected below.

​If your insurance provider is not listed, upon request, Visual Healing can provide a statement that can be submitted to your insurance company for consideration of reimbursement. Please note: client is responsible for verifying coverage benefits in advance of services as some exclusions may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are encouraged to maintain an open dialogue about the ability to maintain scheduled appointments. Due to the nature of business, the cancellation policy that stands requires a minimum of 24 hours notice, so that others who may be seeking services have the opportunity to utilize the available appointment time. The policy is as follows:

• Cancellation with a minimum 24 hour notice - no fee
• Cancellation with less than 24 hour notice will be charged the full session fee
• No-show- full session fee
• Late Arrival: You will only be seen during the allotted time of your scheduled session 

Privacy Policy

Privacy laws prohibit disclosure of information shared between the client and therapist. Any information requested from a 3rd party, requires written permission from the client. Exceptions to this rule include:

• Child Abuse
• Elderly or Dependent Adult Abuse
• Danger to self or others

Emergencies

In the event of a psychiatric or medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency room. Contact the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline call or text 9-8-8. Using 9-8-8 is free and confidential. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the United States.
